SPEED, AGILITY, & PLYOMETRICS TRAINING
With the start of a new season approaching you want to hit the ground running. The best way to dominate on the field is to become a stronger, faster, more explosive athlete. Our training routines have been designed by professionals to get athletes to the next level no matter what your age or skill set is. Whether your that seasoned & well conditioned athlete looking to take it up a notch or a young athlete just starting out. These workouts are the best way to see noticeable gains in your speed & vertical. We work on proper form, leg rotation, quick feet, explosiveness, acceleration & deceleration, change of direction, hip mobility, & more.
Tranining will start July 10 @ Kingston Park, West Kingston Park Lane in Middle River, MD 6:30 pm-8:00 pm. Sessions will run all throughout the month. M-W-F.
